**** fossil watch awaiting my refund over 6 months

I demand everyone who has dealt with my query to be fired with immediate effect. To name a few Bongani [ manager] chadley O. Aneesha W, Lerato K ,Gary M, Natasha K, Ondela M, Asive D, I have spoken to over 50 agents and none of them is competent . You sold me a **** fossil watch and rejected my claim in error but have failed to send me back my money. when i follow up with my refund i got told that the claim was rejected again but no one cared to inform me via email / phone call i only found out when i called in to follow up with my money. then i was told it was delivered to the wrong address and a stranger signed for the watch but your courier guys never called me to tell me they were coming hence i wasn't even expecting them to come anyway as you confirmed my claim was rejected in error so you are telling lies now that you sent it back. i only want my money now no stories please
