Former Spree customer. Very disappointing experience with Superbalist

I've been a Spree customer but had never bought from Superbalist before. Since Spree was taken over I ended up buying from them. I regret that decision so much. When I bought from Spree their prices were cheaper and most importantly the quality of the product was excellent. Superbalist is more expensive and I'm quite disappointed with the quality.

Regarding their service levels, I'm sitting with items bought over a month ago because they cannot sort out my return. Their system is so advance that when it doesn't work it's impossible to correct it.

Not likely to ever buy from them again.
