First time experience PATHETIC!!

This is my first order with you guys and i have had nothing but trouble with your service. I had an item in my cart which I wanted to pay for and after 3 attempts to pay, i could pay for my order. I also received a R250 promo code which i entered.

It took off the promo but when i wanted to pay, your system decided to bomb out again. I tried placing the order for the third time and now it says that the promo code was already used.

This was a gift that i really wanted to order now but now it says that the size of the item is on hold. How are you guys going to sort this issue out???

I finally got to place my order, Monies went off but now after checking my order status, it shows that it has been cancelled. Pathetic and i will never recommend this service to anyone!!!
