first order and uttley shocked and disgusted

my first order with Superbalist and i received shoes in the worst condition ever. I was looking forward to the order as the commuincation and ordering process was a breeze. i took pics of the shoes to show others of the condition. so disgusted - looks like second hand shoes. <br> <br>
