Fire whoever does your packaging

If I could give this -1 I would. 1. First I got 2 left shoes the first time I used them 2. Now I have an incompletely different jacket to what I ordered. I needed that Jacket tonight but no, the WRONG THING HAS BEEN SENT, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS INCOMPETENCE. If this was the first time I'd understand, but I've never had this issue with Spree.
