Faulty Zoom shoes

I’ve puchased a pair of “Zoom” shoes through Spree however since Superbalist have merged with them I am desperately trying to return these faulty shoes.

I’ve honestly never had issues with Superbalist however there customer service team do not know how there processes work pertaining to faulty shoes.

I’ve called them to arrange a return and was told to send in pictures of the shoes.

Before that the advisors were telling me the goods cannot be returned as it can only be returned within the 30 day period.

I know my rights and I have every right to return a pair of faulty shoes that are giving me blisters only on the righ foot.

These shoes are not fit for purpose and I’m at my wits end in humiliating myself each time to return them.

I’ve had to take time out of my day to compile the email and eventually when I sent it, I received an automatic response to arrange a return online.

Can someone please help me. I know they are shoes purchased from Spree however as you guys have merged I would hold Superbalist accountable to return these shoes.

Please can someone assist me to have them returned.
