Faulty products thats brand new

So disgusted. I waited a week for my order to be delivered. Only to find one of the sets headphones is faulty after receiving it today i tried testing both as i bought it for presents. After contacting 5hours after delivery im told no stock available for replacement. I bought it on sale due to to the good price now i must wait another week for collection and then another week for a refund in credit. This is really so disappointing things like this whole process being pulled to a month now will be my last and many other peoples last reading this buying online. This whole process is just to long. I wanted wireless headphones at that price, now i have R349 back in credit once it's collected and assessed finally thats gonna take how long plus i then have to pay for delivery fees again. Is there no other headphones thats wireless for that price nothing else even gets offered.
