Faulty product, slow exchange, poor service, poor customer support

Shoes were delivered to me with one shoe missing an innersole. So they didn't check their product before they delivered it to me. I then requested an exchange. The courier collected the shoes from my address and I've since waited 12 days and still do not have my shoes replaced. I called in twice to get an update on the situation. I was told during the first call that I would receive feedback later that same day. I got no feedback and had to call again four days later. During the second call I received shocking tone from the support person, who spoke with irritation because I was frustrated with the whole situation. They still didn't have the feedback I asked for. Instead of doing everything they can to accommodate me and correct their original error by giving me fast service, I instead receive negativity, delays and poor service. I will never buy from Superbalist ever again and I discourage anyone else to buy from them.
