Faulty Cotton on utility pants.

I bought a cotton on utility track pants on the 26th of April. I wore it for the first time this month June the 21st. I happened to be laughter at by random individuals, because this pants legs are faulty the right leg is short does not fit and left leg is long fits (factoryfault situation). I washed the pants and logged a return today. The return was rejected by Superbalist. Kindly intervene to resolve this matter.
