Faulty and Damaged Goods Twice in same Month!

I have always loved Superbalist and have made purchases for years. However, I have suspected the quality is either old stock or rejects.

In January 2022 in bought two Guess handbags, the one bag was so badly damaged when it arrived which I returned. I then made another purchase on New Balance sneakers which were used and dirty. And no packaging came with either purchase.

I’m utterly disgusted with Superbalist haven’t received one apology. And the fact that high end brands look like this when they delivered questions if Superbalist is doing quality checks. I’m so angry at Superbalist blatant disrespect for its consumers.
