False Pretense and Marketing by Advertising

I saw an advert on TV indicating that you will get R250.00 off or added to your account when you register a new account. I just did that and it didn't give me the R250.00 discount as to the TV advert. The is marketing strategy and a lie. If I do get a response I would like to have my fist order for free.
