False information

I placed an order at superbalist for COD firstly i did not get any notification that the parcel was scheduled for 27/10/22 driver attempted delivery but i was not available obviously as i did not know that the parcel is scheduled for that day fine i called at their call center and reschuled the parcel for the 28/10/22 and the agent confirmed that the parcel is indeed rescheduled and yet again i did not receive notification that the parcel is rescheduled i had to again go on their live chat and check if the parcel is out for dleivery for my surprise the parcel was cancelled due to no delivery on the 27/10/22 which i fail to understand because i rescheduled it and now they telling me that the parcel was already cancelled when i rescheduled it meaning the agent gave me false information .I WANT MY PARCEL AND WITH THE PRICE I ORDERED IT WITH TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
