False Advertising...but you can't return the product.

I ordered a denim jacket that was marked as a clearance product that could not be exchanged or refunded. I was okay with that until the item arrived and did not match the pictures of the item that was advertised and displayed on the website that led to my purchase. I wrote to Superbalist regarding this and got an auto response (***) that my query will be responded to within 1 business day.

This was on 13 July 2020. Today is the 25th of July 2020 and I am still waiting.
