False advertising to the public

So I order an item on line made payments received confirmation of my order and the date of delivery next thing I receive an SMS and an email saying that my order has been cancelled how do they cancel my order how is it my fault that they are stupid system did not count the stock correctly now I am being refunded without my knowledge I am so disappointed with the service that I received from their consultant they are supposed to be working in customer care but they don't have answers for anything even their stupid and professional emails how pathetic is this for a big company like superb this is disappointing beyond
