False advertising on price

It's been 5 days and I have still not gotten any positive response from Ethel H. She is completely ignoring my emails regarding the false advertising of an item price. She has acknowledged the price was incorrect but as to date never came back to me with a solution. Now that I have left a message for Grant to respond to me, let's await his response time
