False advertising - Item not accepted when I return it.

Bought a pair of formal Watson Clovis leather derby online that was listed as 100% leather, only to find out that they were not genuine leather shoes as the site and tags proclaimed to be.

After fitting them on, I realized this, I returned requested a return.

Days later I get an email stating that my return is not in a satisfactory condition for I have worn them. A lady by the name of Melissa Sutherland - Superbalist Client Concierge, confirmed that they cannot accept the return of the product, so I am forced to keep these, **** leather shoes that were sold to me, and she also indicates that they do not specify that this is 100% leather, it will have a sign that says '100% leather' - of which it does on the advert. I have proof of this.

All I want now is my refund.

The matter has been resolved after a couple of back and forth emails. Thanks.
