False advertising for superbalist delivery

<p>I placed an order from superbalist for black Nike takkies as superbalist promised "same day delivery" and I specifically chose them because I needed them urgently. I double checked that I had selected same day delivery as I needed the shoes rather urgently. This was fine until I made payment after which the delivery suddenly changed to 5 days later. I would never had ordered the shoes if I had known this as I need them before this time. I then spoke to Pierre at customer service and I was deeply offended by his response in that he said that it was not possible as same day delivery wasn't even an option. I find this appalling as he is calling me a **** and saying it's not possible that I chose that option. Why on earth would I order shoes to be delivered on the 20th when I need them on the 16th ??? I then explained that this puts me in a very difficult situation as I had a budget to buy the shoes that I needed and I now do not have the money to purchase different shoes , nor do I have the shoes that I ordered to be delivered today. Pierre then told me that he cannot help my financial status. I find this to be deeply offensive. So now not only do I not have my money or my shoes but I am also rather offended by your company representatives response. </p>
