False advertising for artwork prints

After 6 weeks of formal complaints, Superbalist is not taking responsibility for the low resolution prints/artwork they sell for anything larger than A3. I am shocked at their ********* behaviour of how this matter has (not) been handled. This is false advertising: about R1000 is charged per larger print but the resolution is limited to smaller prints, making these pictures come out quite blurry + cheap looking. This is **************** + just so wrong. I cannot believe this is even legal.
