False Advertising!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of jocks however the sizing is completely different to that of when I purchased before.

M vs M from superbalist for the exact same item is infact completely different sizing!!!

Superbalists response was: "We will ensure to improve on this"

Is this how customers must be treated?
