False advertising and pore customer services
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Superbalist. I purchased two hair serums, Masodi Root Serum and Masodi Hairline Serum, which were advertised on the Superbalist app as containing 10% Minoxidil. However, when I received the products, I was shocked to find that the ingredients were completely different from what was listed on the app.
The Er Roots Serum contained only 2% Minoxidil, while the Hairline Serum didn't have Minoxidil at all. I specifically bought these products for their Minoxidil content, as I wanted to avoid the hassle and expense of getting a prescription from a doctor.
I immediately logged a return for the Hairline Serum, which was still sealed and unopened. However, Superbalist is refusing to accept the return, claiming that the product is not eligible for return. This is despite the fact that I logged the return within five minutes of collecting the product, and the store assistant witnessed the entire process.
I've since contacted the manufacturer, who informed me that they had changed the formula of the serums, but Superbalist failed to update their website. This means that I bought a product under false pretenses, and Superbalist is now refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.
I'm appalled by the lack of accountability and customer service from Superbalist. They're giving me the runaround, and it's clear that they're not interested in resolving this issue. I demand a full refund for the Hairline Serum and expect Superbalist to update their website to reflect the correct ingredients and formulation of their products.
Avoid Superbalist at all costs. Their false advertising and poor customer service make them an unreliable and ************* online retailer.
