False advertising and lack of accountability

Truly a disappointing experiencing from a store that I often frequent online and purchase from for the last 5 years. I recently purchased a perfume (Armaf Club de Nuit EDP 105ml) from them on their website and received the EDT version (cheaper version initially) - I had called them and giving them the benefit of the doubt since mistakes do happen and it was the first time experiencing such an issue. I then returned my order and exchanged it and the person at the time assured me they had the correct product in stock and would sort this out as timely as possible. It took a whole week to receive the “exchanged” product and yet STILL I received the exact same wrong order from them. I then called and asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me since it was a Friday she would speak to the retail office and get back to me Monday. Upon following up a whole 48 hours after the time she said she would get back to me I was told she is currently busy and can not take my call. They have conveniently now removed my “ordered perfume” from the store and renamed it as the EDT version at the same price as the prior EDP version that was listed was being sold for and yet they still kept the picture of the EDP perfume and labelled it as the EDT version. This has been a colossal waste of time and a purely frustrating experience not to mention the false advertising on display here with the lack of accountability. If there was a possibility of giving zero stars for this, I definitely would.
