False Advertising
<p>The promo for Fitness40 is falsely advertised. I have been struggling to get answers from your support team for the past two days. its pathectic at how uncertain your staff are regarding the promotion. </p> <p> </p> <p>I assumed that shopping online would be hassle free and easy. this is not the case. I rather drive to a store an pay for the advertised price and be able to sort out any pricing issues then and there.</p>

Our apologies, that your concern was not addressed immediately and appropriately. It appears that a technical error caused less than the 40% to be deducted.
We will honour the 40% discount on the items ordered as they were part of the promotion. As promised, I will follow up with you via email.
