False advertising

Since signing up a few months ago have had multiple hiccups with every purchase or notification. Was sent a mail on Friday about a promotion that ended on the 22nd March - when I got to check out on the 22nd the promo code was declined. Once i complained they said the sale was ended on 22nd March 5am - this was only made aware once you had clicked the email. Clicking the email was not stipulated and nor was the time present on the email that I received. I think its shocking when I complained and the spokes person keeps repeating himself that it was on the click through. I found him rude and extremely unhelpful and as each email went through the more he kept defending the click through, NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY! This will not be the last place i complain as everything with Superbalist is always an effort or something goes wrong!
