False advertising

<p>I bought two pairs of shoes from Superbalist using my R250 voucher for my first purchase. I absolutely LOVED the shoes and the fast service. The only problem was that the shoes that I ordered (size 4) were too big and there were no size 3 shoes available to make an exchange. So sadly - I had to return the product thinking I would be able use the voucher on my 'first purchase' not a return. </p> <p> </p> <p>However I found out that I'm not allowed to use the voucher again. How does that make any sense to you? It's not my fault that you didn't have a smaller size available. Technically I did not purchase from Superbalist as the product was returned - FLASE ADVERTISING.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will report this matter to the ASASA. </p>
