False advertising!

Bad service! #SUPERBALIST

I ordered a sneaker online with their Cash on Delivery option (It was on 40% off). Few days when they have to deliver I'm advised that the Driver didn't report in for duty and they unable to deliver, However they will reschedule for the next day which is today. I then called numerus times in the early hours of today, they then told me they will contact the warehouse, I called again for the feedback from the warehouse I was told that my order was misplaced, it was actually lost in the warehouse and unfortunately I have to order another one with the original price.
