False advertising

I ordered a bar fridge R1 599 which was a special price, the original price was R1 999 and they delivered a cooler box, when I lodged a return request they declined it and the reason was “hygiene” Whilst on another email they said it is a nonreturnable item. I went through their returns policy and the cooler box was not listed under the nonreturnable items. Please help with the escalation process. I want to report them for false advertising.
