A 40% promo code was advertised on the site, when applying the code, the respective discount was not app****, after having called the call center to convey the issue, the agent was polite and handle the query with professionally, she confirm that the matter would be escalated to Tech team, requesting that i call back in 15 minutes if the error was solved for. After 15 mins i called back only to be told that the promo code does not apply to the brand. No terms and conditions were stipulated on the on website. of the promotional code and engaging the website was extremely misleading. Further more the company was not willing to honour what would be considered as false advertising of which SA law dictates that the advertised error or incompleteness should be honoured
