**** FOUNDATION -Refusal to Exchange an Item

I bought Estee Lauder foundation for R580.00 and turns out it's a ****. It's not matte foundation ,like the original and Only lasts for 1hour. After an hour you have to apply face powder.The sad thing is they have a no return policy. So I'm *****ed. And won't help me.
