FAILURE TO EFFECT A REFUND

ORDER NUMMBER: ***9 I made an order and returned it because it was not suitable and then I request for a refund which they confirmed that they had successfully effected payment, and that it will show after 5 working day. the period lapsed and the money is still not reflecting, I called and I was taken from pillar to post, i sent them proof of my bank statement and FNB also confirm that such payment is not reflect on their side. I can only conclude that the alleged proof of payment is not legit. but i do not understand why a well established business like superbalist would do this???? it has been a hustle between exchanging the order and returning it, getting a refund of a mere R549 now a nightmare . I have never been so frustrated by an online shopping!!!!!!!!!! can hyou please just effect my refund???
