Failure to deliver - Terrible Service

I purchased two items on same order, I indicated that I would collect. Upon arrival at the Brackenfell collection point, they made me wait for more than 30 minutes searching for my parcel. I was told my parcel was packaged in two separate boxes. They found the one, not the other! After a 30 minute wait the official casually advised me that they are still searching and would let me know when I could come back to collect the 'missing' box!! It became evident that establishment is badly managed., Under no circumstances was I going to be inconvenienced and as such I insisted on them delivering the item once found! Ten minutes after I left their establishment, totally frustrated, I received a call from a gentleman saying that they found the missing box - Well, I was already in traffic and told him to have it delivered. He had the nerve to make it my problem by saying I must contact the Contact centre. This morning I received an sms from Superbalist saying order out on delivery, to be delivered before 17h00 today. No delivery showed. And according to the tracking record, the status shows "Could not deliver" I received no phone call and no announcement at delivery address - I was at the delivery address the entire day. This has been a nightmare. Phoning the call centre couldn't have been worse - Four of my calls were dropped and they were not able to bring this matter to a resolution - There is no effort or any care for the customer, none whatsoever. This matter remains unresolved. It remains to be seen if I would ever receive the parcel, while they have taken my money. Absolutely appalling service!!
