Failure to deliver orders

Dissapointment is an understatement, I feel drained more than anything. Placed an order which was supposed to have been delivered on the31st August 2022, today, the 7th September, I still haven’t received my goods.

When one places online orders they also take into account the delivery dates, the 31st Aug was in line with my plans and now with zero delivery, I find myself thrown-off and have to spend more money to come up with a plan B. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be using the service ever again.
