Failed service delivery

I logged a return several weeks ago, the driver was unable to collect and was due to reschedule which he did not do. I then logged a new return and it was declined. I am now stuck with an item I have no use for because of its pathetic design as! They use a courier company not able to provide the service and us as customers have to bare the brunt.
