Failed Return/Collection

If I could give a half a star rating for Superbalist I definitely would! My friend and I bought a pair of sneakers from them on the 20th and were delivered on the 23rd. Much to our surprise the shoes don't look the same size even though they're both written Size 7. The left is way bigger than the right shoe and the difference is visible even when you put the shoes side by side. We logged a return for a refund request on Thursday and booked a collection for Friday but the sneaker still hasn't been collected and no communication has been made to us. and we're also not able to book another collection request. Needless to say, we're very much disappointed by the service we have received (or rather the lack of) from Superbalist. We need the sneaker collected and the money refunded so we can take our business elsewhere and all of this needs to be done by the end of the week! This is appalling!
