Failed Delivery

The delivery is an absolute nightmare, noone at the call centre is able to assist you with information about where your package is, no tracking number given and only empty promises about contacting their delivery service. It’s now day 4 since my delivery was supposed to arrive and still no information other than “it will arrive some time today before 5pm” which is the same answer given every day. I ended up calling the delivery service directly and being in waiting queues trying to find out my tracking number myself to finally get some answer to where my delivery is. Very unpleasant experience, would not recommend Superbalist.com
