Factory faults-Order No. ***7

I bought labelled underwear at Superbalist.com, what has been delivered is completely different from what is on the website and I've been requesting them to give me exactly what is on the site and I don't know whats the complex issue.

If they can't then I want my money with immediate effect. Now they are selling factory faults.
