Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service

Incorrect item shipping twice order number # ***8 date 31/10 order number ***8 date 08/11

I called agsin today and the lady confirmed that she will log and take the better further

Last week i received the incorrect item and logged a exchange, correct item shipped. Today i received the incorrect item again. This is the second time you shipped the incorrect item what is wrong with you people, can you not just forward the correct item, i am irritated at this point.

If there was a negative star i would of used it
