Extremely poor service delivery would not recommend at all

I ordered a dress on superbalist which was scheduled for delivery on the 28th of November 2024, l then recieve an sms stating that my parcel is delayed l then contact superbalist find out why is it delayed lm then told the driver tried to contact me and l did not pick up which is a lie because lve been on my phone the whole day because lm expecting my package l then ask the agent l spoke too to do a follow because its urgent .l then called them this morning because the superbalist app has now updated stating my parcel is lost in transit when l called lm told my parcel was scanned but they dont know where it is and its lost l tell the lady that l called yesterday and the last l spoke too told me a different story because l urged her to do a follow up only to find that she didnt bother doing the follow up and now lm stuck not knowing where the package l paid for is and lm not getting assistance.The lady l spoke too said she would send an email and she still hasnt..This is such a nightmare as l need the dress for an event and lm not getting any assistance
