Extremely poor service

Worst ever to deal with. I placed an order on 23. August 2021 and paid via Ozow. They cancelled my order due to "non payment". on 24 August I sent them the proof of payment. Needless to say a lot of Rand's later spent on airtime to try and get hold of them has frustrated me to a point where I believe I have been ****med. you can never get through to them. the switch board and the message on there works. but I doubt they even have staff.
