Extremely Poor Customer Services from Superbalist.com

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I have returned goods more than 2 weeks ago and still have not received my refund or any sort of feedback. I tried calling the customer service number which is never answered. I had logged numerous service tickets and still no reply whatsoever. They operate more like a bunch of *******. I would get much better service from a ****a shop.
