Extremely Frustrated, and Disappointed Consumer

I placed an order with Superbalist 3 times for the time week on consecutive weeks as each week the item shipped was incorrect. Twice the incorrect size and the 3rd time one shoe was shipped instead of the pair. EACH TIME I HAVE TO WAIT 5-10 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ITEM WHEN THEY SHIP THE ITEM INCORRECTLY EVEN THOUGH I SUPPLY THEM IMAGES WHEN LOGGING THE RETURN. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
