Extremely Disappointed with Recent Orders

I've always enjoyed shopping with Superbalist, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. For the second time in a row, my order was marked as delivered, but it was sent to the wrong address.

It’s frustrating to have to go through this repeatedly, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer. I trust companies to handle deliveries properly, and this is not the way to treat customers. Not only is it inconvenient, but it’s also unacceptable to put customers at risk of losing their money.

I hope Superbalist takes this feedback seriously and improves their service, or I will be forced to reconsider future purchases.
