EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED FIRST TIME BUYER

Please be warned regarding incorrect items delivered from Superbalist, especially when you require the item URGENTLY. I'm extremely disappointed and infuriated with their service delivery. By the way, this is my first time and so disappointed with this experience. I will most definitely not be encouraging anyone to order from Superbalist. First of all, I rushed home yesterday only to receive an incorrect item. Order was placed 4/8 for delivery the Following Day "Pd R30 Delivery Fee" to ensure we have the garment for my daughter on time". Thinking it will just be a matter of arranging for a return on the incorrect garment (keeping in mind it was not that the client decided to return the item, BUT AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE) and the correct one to arrive simultaneously. After speaking to Clint (Call Centre) then insisting on speaking to a superior, I eventually spoke with Chervon (Team Manager) and she simply referred me to the Return Policy. Meaning they would arrange for the Return tomorrow 7/8, thereafter once the Return is captured...... then only will the CORRECT ITEM can be executed, REALLY!!! Then to my shock, NO GUARENTEE that it will reach us by Friday. I therefore have to avail myself to be home for the Return pick up tomorrow 7/8, then Hopefully the Correct order will arrive on Friday 9/8 " I might as well have selected Free Delivery" Well, I had absolutely NO JOY in expressing my fury and disappointment with this whole experience, and ALL I WANT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR!!! I am referred to a "System" that don't allow items to be executed unless the return is receipted. Well, this System really doesn't cater for you, should you require a garment URGENTLY! I'm however waiting on "another" Manager Zayaan to call me as this whole situation is totally unacceptable. THATS MY "FIRST" EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERBALIST. ORDER PLACED 4/8 FOR DELIVERY 5/8 NOT SURE WHEN WE WILL EVENTUALLY RECEIVE IT I would've Cancelled the order, but my daughter obviously set her heart on the item for a special occasion. Superbalist really spoilt what we thought would be a joyous shopping experience
