Extremely disappointed

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Superbalist recently, on receipt l noticed a few marks on them, their shoe boxes are always dusty when received so I thought it was possibly just the dust from the warehouse and didn't think it worth reporting. Big mistake, they did not suit me so I returned them only to be told that I could not be refunded because I had spoilt them. Shame on you Superbalist, unacceptable pathetic service when a business does not accept responsibility and opts to blame their clients.
