Extremely disappointed beyond measure

I bought Christmas shoes for my nephews and niece and need to exchange one of them.

I have been begging literally for them to come and collect the shoes of they do not cancel the collection themselves based on the infor I get from agents email response then they LIE to me and say they have rescheduled for collection.

We are now going on two flippin weeks with me trying to get them to collect this shoe for a bigger size. What’s even worse is that I told them this is for my nephew for Christmas but no one has come to collect the shoe

At this point I am beyond disappointed by this company and very angry. I need help from someone anyone so this can be sorted.

Time now is 00:05 and I am on my phone frustrated and emailing them regarding this when I should be asleep for work. I have suffered all in the name of fxking support!!

I want compensation for my suffering cause this is not okay!!
