Extreme poor service and refunds

I ordered 3 items, then on the 4th of March, 2 were refunded due to OOS. Then 1 of them was refunded and 1 to the value of R1299.45 has not. Now they are taking me from pillar to post, asking for my bank statements etc. I need my money back today as their 3 to 5 working days had lapsed.
