Express same day delivery = non existent

Superbalist.com offers same day express delivery. I ordered something before 9AM and opted for the express same day delivery service (which costs extra) . They have not delivered nor even contacted me regarding delivery. I then called to enquire and only then was I told there is a problem as they cannot find the product. No offer to rectify or anything.
