Exchange of goods

I don't recommend superbalist to anyone.. Never ever and I mean don't even think of buying from them.. Their service is very poor. I bought shoes from them size 7 they gave me size 8.. I told them I need to exchange the shoes I need size 7 they have been delaying for 3 weeks now. I'm stick stuck with the shoes even now they have not collected the they make excuses everyday. And I won't rest until they take this box.. I'm so disappointed in them.
