Exchange nightmare

Failure to log my Exchange for over a week. I bought a shoe which was delivered damaged, still stuck with the damaged shoe for a week due to not being able to log an Exchange request due to their system not responding. The admin team that I am talking to via email say there is no other way for me to get the Exchange other than logging on on their system or app.
