Exchange gone wrong

Last year november I ordered 4 items One being a pair of shoes and 3 where 2 piece outfits I returned all dues to incorrect sizes And a courier picked up the outfits with the shoes in one box. I was refunded only for the shoes!! Nothing was updated on the app The 3 outfits were for exchange I waited for weeks ...they had lost the clothes at the warehouse apparently and couldn't find it for a long while..funny as the shoes that was refunded was in the same box!!!.every assistant that emailed me made promises of either the exchange or my money back and nothing came of it different assistants spoke to me I had to constantly send order numbers and screenshots as different ones kept answering my emails or calls I was even called and they said it was under investigation It's carried on for weeks They refused to exchange them or refund me Finally I was refunded less then what I payed for the 3 items and no more assistants .I was ****** Please be carefull people!!! I was a huge shopper of superbalist..but this has disappointed me and I'm shocked as this has happened to many other people! Very unprofessional!
