Exchange -Calvin Klein Shoes

I orders Calvin Klein shoes, I wore them twice and they were torn. I took pics and requested an exchange but it was cancelled because they say they couldn’t reach me. I received no call from the courier company, I can’t lodge a new exchange because the item is out of stock. The phone rings for more than 20min no one answers. I can’t reach them and get assistance.
